This privacy notice applies to the current Writidel pre-launch website. It is intentionally limited in scope and should be updated as the product adds accounts, subscriptions, analytics, or other services.
Information you provide
If you join the waitlist, request early access, or contact Writidel, we collect the information you voluntarily submit. Depending on the form, that may include your email address, name, subject, and message.
How submissions are delivered
Website forms are processed on the server and delivered to a private Writidel Discord channel through a server-side webhook. The webhook credential is not exposed in the browser. Submissions may therefore be processed by Discord as part of delivering the message.
Basic security and abuse prevention
The site may temporarily use limited request information for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting. Writidel does not intentionally display full IP addresses in form notifications.
Cookies
The current website may use a short-lived session cookie to support form security, including CSRF protection. The pre-launch site is not designed around advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data sales
Writidel does not sell information submitted through the current waitlist or contact forms.
Future updates
This policy will need to expand before or when Writidel adds features such as analytics, user accounts, subscriptions, or mobile application data handling.
